A 30 year old Cameroonian mom from Manengoke Nkonsamba cut her son's genitals. The unfortunate 3 year old Njakep Alexandre got his private utensils removed by his mom and the reason for her action is not yet known. The boy is in intensive care at a protestant hospital in Ndounge and the mother is jailed waiting trail.
