It seems history has repeated itself once again, look at Le-Bron James breaking the royal protocol by putting his hand around Kate Middeton- Prince William's wife yesterday during a photo shoot after an NBA match between Brooklyn Nets and Cleveland Cavaliers. It seems the Americans do not know the royal protocols and boundaries.

Look at how the Duchess was fidgeting. First lady Michelle Obama did the same to the Queen in 2011 during her visit.
