Kudakwashe Munetsi was issued with a warrant of arrest yesterday the 3rd of November after failing to pay the $200.00 fine for assault charges against his wife Ms Sharon Macheso.He was supposed to have paid the fine on the 17th of November this year, but he failed giving excuses that he had gone to his rural areas for counseling. He said through his lawyer Mr Abisha Muzvaba that he left the money with his brother Tatenda Munetsi who then went on to pay the money to his lawyers instead of the court. However, his excuses were dismissed and Magistrate Takunda Mtetwa caution Munetsi through his lawyer to take the court serious by paying the fine and stop wasting the court's time and resources for it will land him serious consequences. An additional fee of $20.00 was added on Mr Munetsi's fine as penalty.
