A 28 years old Chinese female thief by the name Yu Chung got her upper clothes ripped off by Mr Mei Hsueh , the owner of the shop she was trying to steal some clothes from, caught her in action. The shop owner stripped her naked down to the waist as a way of punishing her and also as a way of keeping her hostage.
He even took off her bra as evident in the picture. Mei the shop owner said Yu's ordeal acted as a warning to all shoplifter and also as a reminder to her whenever she might think of stealing. He said----"she will think twice before she commit the same offense next time-----"The lady was charged with theft and Mr Mei was left a free man who maybe, knows well, how to put the law into his hands.
Can i say the female thief "Yu Chung's rights of being decent were violated? What do you think?
