Traditional herbs on every street corner of Harare

Good morning ladies and gentleman, i hope i find you well. For the past six months, i have noticed a lot of traditional herbs mushrooming everywhere in each and every corner of the capital city of Zimbabwe, Harare. You find that every street corner has a lady or a young man stand or sitting beside a bunch of packed traditional herbs and even fresh roots straight from the jungle laid on the ground or on a tables.
Here comes my question, are those so called traditional herbs certified and proved safe to be used by the public? How certify and approve those brands? Get me well here, i am not trying to say that they are fake or dangerous to humans, but why being sold on the streets covered by all the dust and being exposed  to the scotching sun of Zimbabwe. why not find a better place to cell and display those herbs?
Another thing those who will be selling those herbs says that they have certificates from Zinata, why Zinata is not creating proper channels and place to sell their brands? The Harare city council seems not to be bothered by the presence of those people and their herbs on the street corners and one would wonder why are they not being chased away whilst all the other street vendors seems to be a taboo to the City council.
They claim to have all sorts of herbs to cure all sorts of diseases from cancer, S.T.I, the one which strengthen men backs and enhance their sexual stamina, the one to prolong sex, just to mention a few. who knows they might be doing the nations a great job.
Let's share, what do you think about this? How do you see it?
Just passing by, zebra crossing.
