There was an outrage among the University of Zimbabwe students upon the implementation of a clause which forbids them kissing, hugging,and sex in the campus[public places]. The students claimed that, their rights are being abused saying that, they are being treated like primary school kids. If anyone is caught in an intimacy position, faces the risk of being evicted from the halls of residence.
loitering around the sports pavilion and lectures is also forbidden. They are not allowed to take members of opposite sex into their residence according to the circular.What do you think folks, is the implementation too harsh for the students, I mean does it have any negative or positive impacts to them?
